Received the cover, while installing there was a **** in drain channel that did not belong. Called customer service, guy argued but said he would send new rails. We received them, rubber banded with no padding just tossed in box and end pieces were crushed. Paint scraped from rubbing together. Called again, this time the guy was great. Said he would email shipping and would send new rails. Received them again rubber banded, just in the box. No padding or anything. Not as bad as first time but not good. Need to call again. For paying $1400. Replacement parts should not come all torn up. Original packaging with cover, everything was wrapped and secure.
The cover looks great and fairly easy to install. I love how it looks and ease of opening the cover.

In order to remain dry be sure to fill the holes in the front of the bed near the cab.

Installation was straight forward with just one minor exception. The cover includes a rail mounted LED light fixture. The installation instructions for this were not very clear and it took a little figuring to actually get it installed. The light fixture must be placed on the rail BEFORE the rail is installed in the truck. It can not be slid onto the rail once the rail is mounted to the truck. Also, it will help if you temporarily slide the small bracket that holds the cover support arm forward. This will let you slide the light fixture forward making it must easier to access the bolt positions to mount the rail to the truck. Once the rail is secure you can slide the light fixture back and tighten it in place and then slide the small bracket for the cover support arm back into position and you're done.
