This top is awesome! I can't believe it's less than 800 bucks. I needed something to cover my bed while I drove from VA to AZ, and I never liked the camper shells, I feel like they make it look like an old man truck, and a flat bed cover wouldn't have been enough room. I didn't even know these existed but when I saw this I was like OH, HELL YEAHH! Besides looking absolutely rugged with the windows zipped out, this thing is absolutely WATER-TIGHT! My truck was completely covered with snow, then I drove down to Florida through 3 days of monsoons and not a drop of water was in the bed, and there's zero wind noise. The material is VERY tight. Which makes the install a little tough. The instructions flat out tell you don't try to install this if its less than 74°. But I had to because it was January in virginia beach. Getting the frame installed was really simple. There's plenty of YouTube videos for it. But that canvas, is really, really tight. I had a buddy help me stretch it over the frame, and get the windows almost zipped in, and had to let it stretch out over night just to be able to muscle the rest of the zippers closed the next day. But this was on a cloudy 45° day. So just use your judgment when putting this together. All the reviews I've seen of tearing look like they did it in the northern states when it's cold and they tried to force the material too much. I did order 4 more bed clamps though, based on other reviews, and its good that I did, because the end near the tailgate was lifting up off the bed due to how tight the material stretched over it was, so that gave me the confidence to drive across country with it. Also, the fact that it can just collapse against the back window to open up the bed makes it alot more appealing than a hard cover.
