Solid headache rack

Backrack works great on an aluminum body F150. Quality is excellent and took about 15 minutes to install. Extremely happy with the looks of the backrack as well as the accessory mounts they sell.

This is great accessory for my truck. I've hung my twin antennae from it, and I may do lights next.

Easy to install - couple items to make it look better.

This was a relatively painless installation, and the rack is very secure. It took well under an hour install this unit on my 2018 GMC Sierra short bed. The most difficult part may have been removing the removable factory tie downs.

The instructions were clear, with diagrams, and all parts fit as expected, with a bit of play for fine adjustment until tightened down. There were a couple strips of adhesive backed rubber which are only necessary if your truck bed doesn't have a rail guard.

It would have been nice if black nut covers were included, both for aesthetic and to protect anything placed in the bed. I've ordered the them, and will also paint the clamping plate black inside the bed (see pictures.) I've ordered covers for the other exposed nuts also.

The light kit was also purchased - but there is no facility for internal routing of the wires - so not sure they will be installed. Will review them separately if it happens.
