The lightweight, yet rock-solid running board and rugged die-cast linkage components are crafted in the USA of aircraft-quality aluminum, black-anodized and PTFE coated for maximum corrosion protection. Top Shelf product

Just installed on 2018 Silverado crew cab and this product is as slick as it looks. Instructions are decent and it says 3-5 hours install time. If you do this on the ground without the aid of a lift it will take all of that 5 hours to do. Did an initial inventory and found the 10 carriage bolts missing (your fired inspector #25) and when I called the company they processed my claim immediately and overnighted me replacements from CA to CT. That's darn good customer service.

The running boards smoothly tuck up into a heavy duty rail as opposed to just under the rocker panels. Looks a lot cleaner. They easily handle my 250 lb frame with minimal flex when I step on them. The only negative is the price. An extra $600 for the rails vs no rails is a bit much but being a new product add on I'm sure they're making their R&D money back. No more struggling to get me or my elderly mom into my truck. Nice job Lund!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Quick shipping easy install. Takes a little time for a neat installment. I also installed the override switch. However it only does a temp override. After a little while it goes back auto up and down. Works so much better than my other steps on my lifted truck.
