I am very impressed with the overall quality of the UltraFlex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover. I bought it for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator and it looks great and seems to be very securely mounted. Combined with the locking tailgate, this tonneau cover works great. The install went pretty much as expected. My truck has a sprayed-in liner and some of the welded in nuts were coated and that caused some problems attaching the rails. I had to dig out enough of the liner material around the nuts to be able to get the front mounting screws started (at the front of the truck bed). This was not UnderCover's problem, but Jeep's. However, there were two other issues that I encountered that I would like to see resolved. 1. The retaining straps are too long to hold the folded cover in the vertical position. There is a plastic grommet (or whatever you call it) that is inserted into the strap to prevent the buckle from slipping off the end of the strap. This plastic retainer was inserted such that it prevents the strap from being adjusted to a short enough length to hold the folded cover in the vertical position. The effective length of the strap is so long that the cover can be laid down completely horizontal while the strap is buckled to the top of the front section (near the cab). I guess I will have to cut the retainer off in order to use the strap. However, the two bracket arms that also hold the cover in the vertical position work well. I assume this configuration of the UltraFlex cover is very new and the bugs haven't been worked out yet. 2. I purchased this as a package that included an led light that is supposed to be inserted in the driver side mounting rail. The instructions show doing this after installation of the rails and cover. This is impossible to accomplish once the rail is installed. The bed of the Gladiator obstructs the installation. I could have removed the rail and gotten it installed, but after going completely through the installation of the cover this just wasn't an option to me. Pictures are included for both issues. Am I happy with the cover? Absolutely! I've only had it a few days, but I am impressed with the function, fit and look of the cover. I only gave 4 stars for easy to install because of the problem installing the light kit. I didn't buy it for the light kit, though. However, you expect the instructions to be correct and they should say to install the light on the rail before mounting the rail. Like I said above: soooo close to perfect! I would definitely recommend this product to others.
