  • CONSTRUCTION: Manufactured from steel that is precision cut, machine bent, and robotically welded for strength and durability with strategic high stress zones reinforced with gusseted steel providing additional protection and rigidity.
  • EVERLASTING BEAUTY: Protected in a multi-stage textured powder coat with corrosion and UV protection additives, can be left as is or sanded down and painted to match
  • ADDITIONAL PROTECTION: Integrated upper bull bar offers protection to the lower grill without sacrificing airflow.
  • LIGHTING OPTIONS : Opening for 4" round light (will work with factory lights (not included) and welded tabs on the bull bar for additional lights.
  • RECOVERY: A recessed winch mount capable of mounting a 12K lbs. winch
  • TOWING POINTS: Robotically welded recovery points with galvanized steel D-rings included
  • INSTALL: Installs in the factory position, additional time needed for wiring for the lights. If installing on a Wrangler JL or Gladiator JT you will need the additional ABJL-01 (not Included). Instructions may be downloaded from the mfg. website

Details: Our Hammer Forged front bumpers were designed and built with hardcore wheeling in mind. Inspired by King of the Hammers style racing and crawling these bumpers are designed to perform on the rocks where you need protection the most. All of our Hammer Forged front bumpers have heavily reinforced winch plates, great approach angles, and are made of thick, high tensile strength steel. The steel thickness of each part of the bumper was chosen to keep strength up and weight down, certain parts of the bumpers are made of 1/4" steel while others are made of 3/16" steel depending on the amount of abuse that each part is likely to take. The result is a lighter, stronger bumper that is ready to take on the toughest challenges that you will throw at your Jeep.
